A pre-festival program for the 10th Annual Writers & Readers Festival
Quite apart from the beauty of the craft of fine publishing, we may learn a great deal from the social context and historical perspective of a volume. This two-hour session will provide a context for such evaluation, but will also address issues of terminology in the book world, as well as the ‘good, the bad and the ugly’ of the impact of e-books and the internet. All book lovers will find something of interest, and will, in turn, be able to share their own thoughts and experiences.

About Murdoch’s Bookshoppe
From April of 1993 until June of 2013, we operated a ‘bricks and mortar’ store from the same location in the Fraser Valley region of British Columbia, Canada. Our service is now provided through the internet and, as we have listed only a small portion of our inventory, we welcome your queries by email, post, or phone.
