Fall Classes for Health and Wellness

Fall is the traditional time to start an exercise program. Our wellness, fitness classes, and chair yoga

classes are now underway.

Our classes encourage a holistic and multi-faceted approach to well-being that creates an environment in which all the positive aspects of our lives are strengthened and nurtured. We support active participation and a proactive outlook, to make

our life-journey creative, balanced and ever-changing.
