Health & Wellness

Our wellness, and fitness classes will continue throughout the summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Chair Yoga will NOT be available, regular classes will resume in September. Our classes encourage a holistic and multi-faceted approach to well-being that creates an environment in which all the positive aspects of our lives are strengthened and nurtured. We support active participation and a proactive outlook, to make our life-journey creative, balanced and ever-changing.
