Our wellness, and fitness classes will continue throughout the summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Chair Yoga will NOT be available, regular classes will resume in September. Our classes encourage a holistic and multi-faceted approach to well-being that creates an environment in which all the positive aspects of our lives are strengthened and nurtured. We support active participation and a proactive outlook, to make our life-journey creative, balanced and ever-changing.

 Ground Breaking for the Intergenerational Walking Path was held on Wednesday, Sept 21, 2016

Linking Hands

As the recipients of the Government of Canada’s New Horizon’s for Seniors Program the project is designed to engage youth and seniors in intergenerational mentoring and to promote connections between these two communities of learners.  We are grateful to our members, instuctors, staff,  students, and partners at School District #75 who with their energy and willingness to share their experiences, skills and wisdom made the project a rewarding experience for everyone. 4th Annual Intergenerational Christmas Dinner & Sing-a-Long

Christmas Party

Come and enjoy a full Christmas Dinner served by the students at Fraserview School. Features carol sing-a-long and share your stories and traditions of Christmas. Please bring your favorite Christmas baking to share with others. Please ware your ugliest sweater for the “Ugly Sweater Contest”  Help select the “The Best Decorated Door” Draw prizes for fitness classes. Date: Wednesday December 14, 2016 Time: 11:00 am-1:00 pm
